Valentine's Day Glitter Mani featuring Spellbound Nails!

Okay everyone. I have a first of mine to share with you all today. I finally bit the bullet and purchased my very first set of indie brand polishes. It only took me, oh, over 2 years. But I wanted to wait until I found a set that I really, really liked and felt was worth the high price tag. And then I found Spellbound Nails new Valentines Day Victorian Romance Collection. I'm a sucker for pink, red, glitter, and holo polishes and this set has it all! So without further ado, here is my current look.

Ah, isn't it cute?! A tad bit simple, if you ask me. But still really cute. I love the glittered layered over the soft, shimmery pink. They remind me of cupcake frosting. And although you can hardly see it, the red does have a slight holo shimmer. Can you see it?

These polishes were amazing, specifically the red (Cheeks Tinted Red). It applied opaque in 1 coat! The pink (My Own Sweet Valentine) was a little more fussy, applying thicker and a little more gloopy than I would have liked. But I sort of expected that and it was nothing a few drops of thinner couldn't fix. It is slightly sheer as well, so I used 3 coats. The glitter (Love and Devotion) was a dream to apply. I used only one coat and I feel like it gives just the right amount of coverage.

If you like these polishes I would seriously consider purchasing. I purchased mine (these were not sent to me for review) from Etsy, but she does have a StoreEnvy if you'd rather get them there. She has great customer service, fast shipping and the products are amazing. Give them a try!
